Abstract
The invention relates to the preparation of compositions for the impregnation of porous products, operated under the influence of high mechanical loads and temperatures. The invention allows to increase the heat resistance, mechanical strength and protective properties, as well as the strength of adhesion to the substrate impregnated with the composition of porous coatings due to the use of polyorganoaluminosiloxane resin from 22.5 to 27.5 wt. hours, polyethylenepolyamine from 8 to 25 wt. hours, toluene 22,15-27,5 wt. hours, ethyl alcohol from 15 to 20 wt. including furfurolacetone monomer from 80 to 90 wt. hours in the composition, wt. including: epoxy resin Dianova resin 100, phenol-formaldehyde resin of rezol type from 15 to 20, orthophosphoric acid from 0.7 to 1.8. 2 tab.
Description
The invention relates to the creation of new materials based on epoxy resins and can be used in mechanical engineering for the impregnation of porous products operated under the influence of elevated mechanical loads and temperatures.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the heat resistance, mechanical strength and protective properties, as well as the strength of adhesion of porous coatings impregnated with it to the substrate.
The composition is prepared as follows.
Ortho-phosphoric acid, previously dissolved in ethyl alcohol in an ethanol, is introduced into the epoxy resin.
Then, furfural-acetone monomer and phenol-formaldehyde resin are added in the form of a 50-70% alcohol solution (standard solutions of bakelite varnishes can be used). Thereafter, polyaluminopromosiloxane varnish and, lastly, polyethylene polyamine are introduced. The entire mixture is thoroughly mixed and used to impregnate steel samples with porous coatings applied to their surface. After filling the pores of the coatings with the impregnating composition, they are cured for 2 hours and then heat treated at 160-180 ° C for 2-3 hours.
