Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к землеройным машинам и может быть использовано в бульдозерах дл  разработки битумно-содержащих пород и других липких грунтов. Цель - повышение производительности разработки грунта за счет обеспечени  подачи смазки. Рабочее оборудование бульдозера включает отвал 1 с ножом 2 и систему смазки 3 с источником подачи смазывающей среды. Источник подачи смазывающей среды выполнен в виде парообразовател . На тыльной стороне отвала 1 расположен плоский трубчатый змеевик 6 с коллектором (К) 7.Парообразователь сообщен последовательно со змеевиком 6 и К 7. При работе пар от парообразовател  подаетс  в змеевик 6 и прогревает отвал 1. Затем пар через К 7 поступает на отвал 1 и обеспечивает его смазку. Это эффективно особенно дл  битумно-содержащих пород, т.к. при повышении температуры снижаетс  коэффициент трени  этого материала. 2 ил.The invention relates to earthmoving machines and can be used in bulldozers for the development of bituminous rocks and other sticky soils.
