Цель достигаетс  путем снабжени  прибора, содержащего основание со шкалой, элемент наблюдени , упоры и крепежный узел, планкой 12 с визирной иглой 13, упорами 14 и струбциной, а также выполнением основани  в виде диска 1, элемента наблюдени  - в виде П-образной рамки с идентичными смотровыми окнами 3,4 в стойках 5,6 и окном 7 в полке 8, а крепежного узла - в виде другой струбцины. При измерении угла загиба совмещают риски окон 3,4 с иглой 13, поворачива  полку 8 вокруг оси диска 1, и считывают значение угла по шкале 2, а радиус определ ют по известной математической зависимости. 3 ил.This invention relates to instrumentation technology.
