Abstract

Изобретение относитс к подъемно-транспортному машиностроению ,в частности, к устройствам дл разгрузки скипов и может быть использовано на предпри ти х горнодобывающей пром. Цель изобретени - упрощение конструкции и повышение эффективности разгрузки. Устройство дл разгрузки скипа содержит раму, выполненную из вертикальных стоек 1, верхнюю и нижнюю балку 2 и 3, на которых смонтированы направл ющие 4 скольжени или качени , подвесное устройство 5, кузов 6 и затвор 7. На кузове 6 скипа со стороны его разгрузки установлены вертикальные направл ющие 8, в которых расположены упоры 9 с закрепленными на них роликами и отклон ющие элементы 11, через каждый из которых перекинут гибкий т говый орган 12, соединенный одним концом с затвором 7, а вторым - с упором 9. На копре в зоне разгрузки расположен стопор 13, с которым контактирует упор 9. При движении скипа на участке разгрузки упор 9 наезжает на стопор 13 и удерживаетс им в процессе движени скипа в неподвижном положении относительно копра.
