The invention relates to devices for conducting combined processes of granulation, encapsulation and drying of bulk materials in a fluidized bed.
The aim of the invention is to reduce dust loss.
1.FIG. 1 shows the device, a general view: in FIG. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one.
A device for granulating or encapsulating bulk materials comprises a housing I with a gas distribution grid 2 located in its bottom part and means 3, 4 for supplying and discharging gas correspondingly, a loading nozzle 5 and a discharge nozzle 6 located at the level of the gas distribution grid. The gas supply means 3 is a duct formed by cones separated sub-grid partitions 7 between themselves. The gas discharge means 4 is a nozzle located at the end of the device on its lid. The housing 1 is divided into sections by overflow partitions 8, partially overlapping the upper space of sections and having a gap between its lower section and gas distribution grid 2. In the first three sections above the layer of material, sprays 9 liquids are installed. In the sections having sprayers 9 liquids, except the first one, are installed with a clearance to the overflow septum. M 8 solid guide partitions 10, which are fixed in the upper part of the device after the overflow partitions 8, with the lower section of each guide partition 10 installed below the sprayer 9 liquids.
A device for granulating or encapsulating bulk materials works as follows.
4Fluidized gas enters the layer of bulk material through means 3 for gas supply and gas distribution gas.

2. The fluidized bed level is kept constant by coordinating the loading of material into the apparatus through the nozzle 5 and discharging the material through the nozzle 6. Using the nozzles 9 of the liquid above the bed, the fluid that is deposited on the particles is continuously dispersed and bound. The passage through the bed of bulk material, the fluidizing gas carries with it unbound fine particles of bulk material and carries them into the upper space of the section, and the enlarged material moves along the apparatus through the gaps between the lower section of the overflow partitions 8 and the gas distribution grid 2 from section to section. From the upper space of the sections where the liquid atomizers 9 are located, the gas with the dust fraction through the labyrinth formed by the overflow partition 8 and the guide wall 10 is directed to the irrigated area with the sprayed liquid, where solid particles are deposited in the fluidized bed, and the gas is the labyrinth goes to another section where the dedusting process is repeated. The presence of labyrinths slightly increases the hydraulic resistance, but creates a directional flow of dust through the apparatus in a given direction, since the last two sections are sparse relative to
6.first three. Having granulated and dedusted in the first three sections, the product obtained in the last two sections is dried or cooled and removed from the device through the discharge port 6.
The table presents the comparative data reflecting the kinetics of dust emission in sections in the prototype and the proposed device.
0,1-0,01%.The use of the invention in comparison with the prototype allows reducing the dust emission from 7-10 to 0.1-0.01%.
