Abstract
1 з.п. FIELD: feed production. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of feed, reducing the time of the process and energy consumption. The straw is crushed to a particle size of 3-4 cm. Barda, having a temperature of 70-90 ° C, is enriched with ammonium salts and mixed with straw in a 1: 1 ratio, while the temperature decreases to 50 ° C. An enzyme-hydrolyzing drug glucavamorin II is introduced into the mixture in the amount of 3-10 kg per 1 ton of straw. The mixture is fermented for 1-2 hours to obtain soluble carbohydrates in an amount of 3-10%, after which the feed is ready for consumption in the ruminant diets. The proposed method allows to obtain a highly nourishing carbohydrate-protein feed with a protein content of 10-15%, sugars 3-10%. Nutritional value of feed is 0.8-1.2 feed units per 1 kg of feed. 1 hp f-ly, 2 tab.

FIELD: feed production.
Цель изобретени - повышение качества корма, сокращение времени технологического процесса и энергозатрат .The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of feed, reducing the time of the process and energy consumption.
Example 1. After grinding 1 t of straw, 1 t of bards with a temperature of 90 ° C is added to it. Barda was preliminarily enriched with nitrogenous salts: urea (10 kg) and diammonium phosphate (5 kg). After stirring, the temperature of the mixture decreases to 50 ° C. Then glucoavamorin II is introduced into the mixture in the amount of 4 kg.
The total duration of the feed preparation process is 3.5 hours (according to the prototype 10-14 hours).
ед 20 кг переваримога протеина .Analysis of the resulting feed: 1 ton of dry matter of the feed contains 20 k.ed. 20 kg of digestible protein.
1.Quality indicators of the feed obtained by the proposed method are given in table. one.
In tab. 2 shows the nutrient digestibility factors.
The proposed method allows to obtain a highly nourishing carbohydrate.

The nutritional value of the received feed is 0.8-1.2 k. 1 kg, which is 2-3 times higher than the nutritional value of the feed.
The application of the proposed method makes it possible to reduce the preparation time of the feed from 10-14 hours (of the prototype type) to 2-3 hours by eliminating the steaming, cooling and yeast stages of the feed.
