Abstract

Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл скручивани чайного листа и может быть использовано на фабриках первичной переработки чайного листа. Целью изобретени вл етс упрощение конструкции, увеличение производительности и улучшение качества скручивани . Устройство дл непрерывного скручивани чайного листа состоит из цилиндрического корпуса 1, установленного горизонтально на раме из плит 2 посредством коленчатых валов 3 и приводного коленчатого вала 4 с возможностью кругового движени от привода 5 относительно плит 2 вокруг рабочего органа 8, выполненного в виде трубы, неподвижно установленной между плитами 2 по их центру, снабженной накладной трехзаходной винтовой навивкой 9. Плиты 2 снабжены в центре квадратными углублени ми 10 по форме усеченной пирамиды, в углублении одной из плит 2 размещен выгрузочный люк 11 с заслонкой 12, загрузочный бункер 13 установлен на цилиндрическом корпусе 1.
