The invention relates to cartridge-type membrane devices used by A. 1. Microfiltration in the chemical, food and other industrial sectors.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the device by increasing the packing density of the membranes.
The drawing shows the described membrane cartridge element, a cross-section.
4.The cathronic element contains a central drainage tube 1 around which a corrugated supporting mesh 2 and a porous membrane 3 are placed. Outside the membrane element is protected by a perforated shell 4.
двух торцовых крыщках и устанавливаетс в корпусе , куда подаетс обрабатываема жидкость , котора проходит через перфорации в оболочке 4, фильтруетс через мембрану 3 и по дренажной трубке I выводитс из устройства .The whole structure is fastened in. two end caps and is installed in the housing where the treated fluid is supplied, which passes through the perforations in the shell 4, is filtered through the membrane 3 and is drained out of the device through the drainage tube I.
The performance of the element can be increased by increasing the filtering area without changing the dimensions of the device. For this, it is necessary to reduce the thickness of the support grid, which is limited by insufficient rigidity. Thin meshes cannot perform the functions of a support in a cartridge filter. For the same reason, conventional fabric materials cannot be used as supporting grids. In the proposed construction of the membrane element, viscous fabric pretreated with co-centered phosphoric acid at room temperature for 0.5-2.0 minutes is used as a reference mesh. The treated fabric (unlike the original) is easily corrugated and keeps its shape. Under these conditions, chemical reactions in the system do not flow, but a change in the physical structure occurs, leading to the appearance of the fabric's properties of corrugating and holding the flutes after the load is removed. Such a change in the mechanical properties of viscose fabric after its treatment with phosphoric acid. G - that has not yet been known. Other acids do not have a similar effect on viscose fabric and do not: i: soto occur to such a property.

20-30%.The rationale for increasing the filtration area in the invention is experimental. In the manufacture of the cartridge on the standard equipment of the existing production technology in the cartridge with the reference grid of the prototype 50-60 bends of the corrugation are placed. This corresponds to the filtering area of the cartridge with its length of 20 cm, equal to (5-6) -10 cm1. In the proposed cartridge element, the number of corrugations bent into the cartridge increases to 70-80. This corresponds to the filtration area (7-8) X XY cm, which is an increase of 20-30%.
