Предлагаемое оптическое устройство отличаетс  от известных тем, что позвол ет измер ть вибрации вращающегос  вала без укреплени  на нем зеркал, осуществл ет фазовую индикацию и повышает точность н стабильность измерений. Это достигаетс  те.м, что в нем перед фотоэле .ментом установлена подвижна  шторка с крестообразной прорезью.The proposed optical device differs from the known ones in that it allows measuring the vibrations of a rotating shaft without fixing mirrors on it, carries out phase indication and improves the accuracy and stability of measurements. Принцип действи  устройства основан на известном физическом  влении , в силу которого плоский луч света, отраженный от измер емой поверхности, перемещаетс  по экрану пропорционально рассто нию параллельного смещени  этой отражающей поверхности.The principle of operation of the device is based on the well-known physical phenomenon, by virtue of which a flat beam of light reflected from the measured surface moves across the screen in proportion to the distance of the parallel displacement of this reflecting surface.
