Description
The invention relates to energy converters of osmosis.
$The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design and increase reliability. $
The drawing shows an installation for using the energy of osmosis, General view.
7.The installation for using osmosis energy comprises a reversible electric machine 1 and a hydraulic motor 2 connected between each other with the help of pipes 3 and 4 to tanks 5 and 6 with a solvent and salt solution, and located 15 on the side of the tank 6 with salt solution at the outlet of the pipeline 4, an osmotic membrane made in the form of a flexible pipe 7.
The installation works as follows 20 times.
The hydraulic motor 2, working in pump mode, pumps fresh water from the tank 5 through the pipeline 25 of the input line 3 to the pipe 4 of the output line, from the last fresh water enters the osmotic membrane. Because the osmotic pressure pres- jq-water is much higher than the saltwater, fresh water passes through the osmotic membrane wall, resulting in a static pressure in the ducts 3 and 4 of the input and output lines is reduced and the water nachi- 35 naet enter the osmotic membrane . When this hydraulic motor 2 starts to work in engine mode, and the electric machine 1 generates electrical energy. If the pores of the osmotic membrane become clogged, the working osmotic surface shifts further along the length of the flexible pipe, as a result of which the speed of movement of water along the pipe 7 increases at the contaminated surface, and turbulence arises at the walls of the osmotic membrane, washing the clogged areas. As a result, the working osmotic surface is self-cleaned and the pollutant is discharged to the free end of the nozzle 7, from where it can be easily dumped into the tank with salt solution, periodically turning on the hydraulic motor 2 in pump mode, while increasing the speed of the electric machine 1 above its workers.
