The invention relates to the test </ p> </ li> </ ul>

telnoy technique, namely to measure the hardness. The aim of the invention is to enhance the functionality by measuring the depth of the print, taking into account the height of the influx. The instrument for measuring hardness is provided with an inlet height measurement mechanism that measures this height by installing an imprint of thickness calibrated tiles on the top of the inlet. The depth of the print is determined by the indicator. </ P>

The invention relates to a testing technique, in particular to measurements of hardness. </ p>

The purpose of the invention is to enhance the functionality by measuring the depth of the print, taking into account the height of the influx. </ p>

Figure 1 shows a schematic of the device; figure 2 - section aa in figure 1; on fig.Z - position at the time of measurement. </ p>

The device consists of a housing 1, a loading mechanism 2, a spindle 3, • installed in roller guides, an indenter 4, an indicator 5 mounted on the housing 1 and interacting with the spindle 3, an indenter lifting mechanism made in:, cam 6, an object table with a mechanism for moving it (not shown) and a mechanism for measuring the height of an influx height. </ p>

o - § </ p>

2 </ p>

Mechanism 7 measuring the height of the indentation is made in the form of two parallel rods 8, rigidly interconnected from one end by a jumper 9. The rods rotate on axes 10 located in brackets 11 mounted on the body 1 of the device. At the other end of the rods 8 is a bar 12. The holes in the bar 12, with which it is seated on the rods 8, have a slightly larger diameter than the diameter of the rod in this seat. This allows the bar 12 to make a certain angle of rotation relative to the axis of the spindle 3. The bar 13 is fixed on the bar. It has a calibrated height dimension. Plank 12 together with the tile 13 is held on the rods 8 by the springs 14, resting on the end of the rod of large diameter. In plank 12, opposite the indenter 4, there is a hole through which the indenter ,,,, 1458769 A1 </ p>

The torus 4 contacts the tile 13 during the measurement of the depth of the print. </ p>

The device works as follows. </ p>

The test sample is brought into contact with the indenter 4, lifting the spindle 3. The height of the lifting of the spindle 3 must be greater than the depth of the indentation, so that when loading the spindle </ p>

3 did not touch the cam 6. In this position, the origin of the indicator 5 is marked on the indicator 5. The load is applied to the spindle 3 by means of the loading mechanism 2. After holding, the load is removed and the indicator is read on indicator 5. The difference between this calculation and the initial one determines the depth of the print from the initial surface of the sample. Then, by turning the cam 6, raise the indenter above the print, for 2 </ sub> 0, jumper 9 rotates the sag height measurement mechanism 7 to a vertical position. In this position, tile 13 is between the indenter 4 </ p> </ li> </ ul>

and a footprint with some clearance. On the 25 collar of cam 6 lower the indenter </ p>

4 on the tile 13 and it under the action of the preload, overcoming the force of the springs 14, pressed against the top of the influx of print. Due to 39 the presence of a gap between the holes in the strip 12 and the rods 8 in the place of their interface, the tile 13 self-aligns with its surface at the top of the indentation of the print, since the edges are off. signet on the tops of the influx is not always </ p> </ li> </ ul>

the surface of the sample. In this position, the readout is taken from the indicator 5. The difference between this reading and reading after removing the load determines the height H equal to the sum of two values: the depth H of the footprint from the top of the influx and the height 8 of the tile 13. Then the known value of the height 8 is subtracted from this value tiles and find the depth b of the footprint from the top of the indentation. </ p>

According to the measurements determine the hardness of the metal and the relative deformation of compression. </ p>

By turning the cam 6, raise the indenter 4, move the tile 13 aside, turning mechanism 7 by the jumper 9, and again lower the indenter 4 to its original position. </ p>
