Изобретение относитс  к области станкостроени , а именно к направл ющим устройствам . Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение экономичности за счет создани  вибронесущей подушки между подвижной и неподвижной част ми направл ющих. Направл ющие содержат подвижную и неподвижную части, пьезокерамические элементы 3 и рамообразные элементы 4 с рабочей поверхностью 7. При подаче высокочастотного напр жени  на пьезокерамический элемент 3 он начинает вибрировать и свои колебани  передает рамообразному элементу 4. При резонансной частоте колебаний получают наивысшую амплитуду колебаний рабочей поверхности 7 при наименьших затратах энергии. Образующа с  вибронесуща  подушка способствует уменьшению силы трени  в направл ющих. 4 ил.The invention relates to the field of machine tools, namely to guide devices.
