Целью изобретени вл етс повышение экономичности за счет создани вибронесущей подушки между подвижной и неподвижной част ми направл ющих. Направл ющие содержат подвижную и неподвижную части, пьезокерамические элементы 3 и рамообразные элементы 4 с рабочей поверхностью 7. При подаче высокочастотного напр жени на пьезокерамический элемент 3 он начинает вибрировать и свои колебани передает рамообразному элементу 4. При резонансной частоте колебаний получают наивысшую амплитуду колебаний рабочей поверхности 7 при наименьших затратах энергии. Образующа с вибронесуща подушка способствует уменьшению силы трени в направл ющих. 4 ил.The invention relates to the field of machine tools, namely to guide devices. The aim of the invention is to increase the economy by creating a vibrocarrying cushion between the movable and fixed parts of the rails. The guides contain moving and stationary parts, piezoceramic elements 3 and frame-shaped elements 4 with a working surface 7. When high-frequency voltage is applied to the piezoceramic element 3, it begins to vibrate and transmits its oscillations to the frame-shaped element 4. At a resonant frequency of oscillations, the working surface has the highest oscillation amplitudes 7 at the lowest cost of energy.
