Изобретение относитс к медицине и касаетс медицинского инструментари , используемого дл целей диагностики ,The invention relates to medicine and relates to medical instruments used for diagnostic purposes.
The purpose of the invention is to provide multiple biopsy specimens at one puncture by preventing the biopsy from being drawn into the canal of the inner tube .:
1.FIG. shows the device during the sampling of biological tissue; figure 2 - section aa in figure 1; on fig.Z - section bb in figure 1.
20.The device contains a hollow outer tube 1 with a longitudinal window 2 in the working area and a movable, coaxially mounted tube 3. The conical pointed end 4 of tube 1 and the pointed front edge 5 of tube 1 during puncture together form the tip of the device. The cutting edges of the longitudinal edges 6 and 7 of the tube 1 forming the window 2 are located on the inner surface of the tube 1. The tube 3 has a receiving chamber 8 with a window 9. The chamber 8 is formed by the body of the tube 3, the conical tip 4 and a diametrically spaced mesh 10 with perforations 11. The width of the window 9 is equal to the width of the window 2 and is, for example, 1 / A of the device circumference. The cutting edges of the longitudinal edges 12 and 13 (not indicated) of the window 9 are located on the outer surface of the tube 3. The tube 1 on the outside the plot has a head 14 under the locking screw 15 for fixing the position of the tube 3. The tube 3 at the non-working end has a cannula 16 for connection to a vacuum pump (not shown) provided with diametrically opposed holding plates 17 and 18. On the outer surfaces of the tubes 1 and 3 there are two identical scales 19 and 20. The distance between the labels of both scales, for ease of use of the device, is equal to the length of the receiving chamber 8. To determine the position of windows 2 and 9 on the head 14 and the surface of the tube 3, they are diametrically etc oppositely situated reference marks 21 and 22, the extent of the reference mark 22 is equal to the length of the scales 19 and 20.
The device works as follows.
22
The device is held by the plate holders 17 and 18. During the puncture of the organ (Figures 1-3), windows 2 and 9 are diametrically opposed, which ensures the tightness and accuracy of the device during puncture.
1.The extent of the working area of the device, located in the punctured organ, is determined on a scale of 19 on the tube 1.
Образцы тканей маркируют и направл ют на исследование .To take a sample of biological tissue, the tube 3 is freed from the locking screw 15 and shifted by a required distance, based on a scale of 20 on the tube 3, then the windows 2 and 9 are aligned by rotating the tube 3 around the axis by 180, determining its position check marks 21 and 22. The position of the tube 3 is fixed with a screw 15. The cannula 16 is connected to a vacuum source and the receiving tube 8, which is receiving 8, is evacuated, and the perforated partition 10 prevents the biological tissue from being pulled into the channel of the tube 3. Then the tube 3 is released from screw 15 and. rotated 180 j oriented on check marks 21 and 22, thus cutting the sample, the tissue with cutting edges 6 and 13 or 7 and 12. Then tube 3 is removed from tube 1, excluding the rotation of the tube 3, for which check marks 21, 22, tube 1 is left in the punctured organ. A tissue sample is removed from the receiving chamber 8. Then biological tissue samples are taken from other parts of the organ. Tissue samples are labeled and sent for examination.
The proposed device provides, with a single puncture, the necessary accuracy and atraumatic with repeated biopsy of various parts of the organ, which allows for an increase in the quality of diagnostics.
