Abstract
This invention relates to medical microbiology and can be used in the diagnosis of dysentery. The purpose of the invention is to extend the shelf life of the Shigel's virulence. The essence of the method is that an aqueous solution of lysozyme containing 0.5-10-1.0-10 g of lysozyme / ml of water is introduced into the semi-liquid AI in a concentration of 8-10% by volume of the medium. The culture is then inoculated into the medium column, filled with a layer of vaseline oil, grown in a thermostat for 24 hours, and then stored in a refrigerator. The shelf life of the culture with preservation of virulence is 1.5 years. 1 tab.

This invention relates to medical microbiology and can be used in the diagnosis of dysentery.
The purpose of the invention is to extend the shelf life of Shigella virulence.
The method is illustrated by the following example.
Example. Prepare 0.5% m of second agate, sterilize it and cool to 52-50 s. In parallel, lysozyme dilutions are prepared containing 0.5 to 10 g / ml water, 0.75 MO g / ml, and 1.0-10 g / ml.
18In each portion of the medium, one concentration of lysozyme is added in the amount of 8, 9 and 10% to the surrounding medium. Daily broth culture of Shigella is inoculated by injection into a column of nutrient media. From above, crops are poured with vaseline oil. After daily incubation at 37 ° C in a thermostat, the crops are placed in a refrigerator and stored at 4 ° C. Through 3, 6, 9, 12 and 18

Параллельно определ ют вирулентность шигелл путем внутрибркгаган- ного заражени белых мышей.lysozyme In parallel, the virulence of shigella is determined by intra-infection of white mice.
The research results are summarized in the table.
Таким образом, использование способа позвол ет удлинить срок хранени шигелл без потери вирулентности, с 6 мес до 1,5 лет (срок наблюдени ).Thus, the use of the method allows to extend the shelf life of shigella without loss of virulence, from 6 months to 1.5 years (observation period).
