Изобретение относитс  к устройствам дл  удалени  грата в трубах, например, при обработке магистральных трубопроводов после вьшолнени  стыковых сварных работ. Цель изобретени  - повышение качества обрабатываемой поверхности за счет возможности установки вершин лезвий режущих пластин в одной плоскости и на одинаковый осевой выпет, исключени  ударов и снижени  вибрации. Устройство выполнено в виде единого цилиндрического тела, содержащего фрезу 1 с режущими пластинами, узел упрочнени  2 и турбину 3. Лезви  режущих пластин фрезы устанавливают в одной плоскости и на одинаковый осевой вылет при помощи микрометрических винтов . Турбина позвол ет устройству совершать вращательное движение вокруг оси и поступательное внутри трубопровода . Воздух, поступающий в трубопровод под давлением, удал ет стружку от режущих кромок пластин и одновременно охлаждает их. 2 ил.
