Устройство состоит из жарочного диска 1, расположенного под ним кожуха 2 с электронагревателями 3, емкости 4 для теста и дозатор 5 для теста, привода 6 дозатора, привода диска, электромагнита 8, переворачивающего приспособления и съемной платформы 9, установленной под диском 1„ Для упрощения переворачиватель и сбрасыватель на чертеже не показаны. Противоположной стороной панель 15 соединена с основанием 16 жаровни термоизолирующей переходной вставкой 17. В верхней части панели 15 прикреплена крышка 18 корпуса привода, на которую устанавливается емкость 4. Непосредственно под крышкой 18 размещен привод дозатора и еще ниже установлены привод 7 диска и электромагнит переворачивающего приспособления. Электромагнит 8 связан с приводом переворачивателя горизонтальной штангой, проходящей под кожухом 2 (не показана). На выходном, горизонтально расположенном валу 20 привода 7 установлена шестерня 21, входящая в зацепление с шестерней 14. На другом конце вала 20 установлена шестерня 22,входящая в зацепление с шестерней 23, установленной на верхнем конце вертикально установленного вала 24 отбора мощности для привода приставной поворотной платформы 9.
