Abstract

FIELD: methods for production of feed and fertilizer ammonium phosphates applicable in cattle- breeding and agrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: method for production of diammonium phosphate includes treatment of extraction phosphoric acid with ammonia up to pH 6.5-7.5; separation of formed pulp into sediment of impurities and mother liquor by treatment of mother liquor with ammonia up to 9.5-10.0 with formation of triammonium phosphate; crystallization of triammonium phosphate by precipitation; separation of it from mother liquor, mixing of crystalline triammonium phosphate with initial phosphoric acid up to pH 7.6-8.2 with formation of pulp; separation of pulp by filtration into sediment of impurities and mother liquor, from which product is separated with its subsequent drying. Fluorine content in product amounts to 0.04%, product yield is 44.3%. Losses of ammonia does not exceed 10 mg/cu.m of gaseous effluent from drying unit. Air consumption for product drying is 1.5-1.8 thou. cu.m/t of product. Power saving per ton of product amounts to 120-125 kWh and natural gas saving for air heating is 70-72 ncu.m. EFFECT: higher quality of the product, reduced losses of ammonia and power consumption.
