Abstract
Изобретение относитс к приборостроению , а именно к сканирующим устройствам, используемым дл создани систем стабилизации изображени в устройствах лазерной записи и считывани . Цель изобретени - уменьшение габаритов пьезокерамического привода при сохранении диапазона сканировани зеркала. Управл ющий сигнал с выхода 12 блока управлени 11 поступает на внешние электроды 7, 8, 9, 10. Пол рность сигнала, подаваемого на электроды 7, 9, противоположна под рности сигнала, подаваемого на электроды 8, 10. Под действием электрического пол в пье- зокерамических пластинах 1, 2 возникает деформаци , привод ща к изгибу биморфного элемента в плоскости наибольшей жесткости. Управл ющий сигнал с выхода 13 блока управлени 11, поступающий на внутренние электроды 5 и 6, приводит к возникновению электрического пол между этими электродами и внешними электродами 7, 8, 9, 10. Под действием этого поп л в пластинах 1 и 2 возникает деформаци , привод ща к изгибу .биморфного элемента в плбскости наименьшей жесткости. 2 ил. § СЛThe invention relates to instrumentation, namely, to scanning devices used to create image stabilization systems in laser recording and reading devices.
