Изобретение относитс к металлургии , в частности к стали, примен емой дл изготовлени упругих элементов машин, в частности рессор, рабо- таюцих в услови х знакопеременного нагружени .The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular, to steel used to manufacture resilient elements of machines, in particular springs, working under alternating loading conditions.
The aim of the invention is to improve the ultimate strength, yield strength and fatigue strength of the steel.
1-2.The chemical composition and properties of the proposed and known steels are given in table. 1-2.
As follows from the table. 2, the proposed steel has high mechanical properties and a fatigue strength compared to the known one.
The steelmaking technology of the proposed steel does not differ from that of the construction of structural steel steels. The proposed steel is a promising material for the manufacture of springs of heavy trucks, in particular for the manufacture of low leaf springs for KrAZ and KamAZ.
The introduction of precalted steel for the manufacture of small leaf springs makes it possible to obtain the necessary depth of the hardened layer on spring sheets with a thickness of more than 14 mm, which is not provided by well-known steels. In addition, the structure obtained after rolling this steel ensures that there is no rejection, obtained by cutting sheets from known spring steels. All this increases the durability of the springs of heavy vehicles by 30% and reduces the complexity of repair work.
