Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике, касаетс травматологии. Цель изобретени - уменьшение повреждений кожи смежных участков тела вышесто щими концами стержней. Представлена конструкци стержн , несущего нарезку по всей длине и имеющего резьбовое острие дл ввинчивани в костные отломки. Стержни скрепл ют костные отломки между собой путем соединени высто щих над кожей концов стержней затвердевающими пов зками, например гипсовой . Стержни выполнены разъемными, что позвол ет после затвердени пов зки и сн ти корпуса аппарата сн ть также высто - щие над пов зкой части стержней. Это-обеспечивает профилактику послеоперационных повреждений кожи смежных участков тела высто щими концами стержней. 2 ил.This invention relates to medical technology, to traumatology.
