Изобретение предназначено дл  травматологии. Цель изобретени  - обеспечение стабильной жесткости остеосинтеза. Устройство содержит опору и св занные с опорой посредством болтов резьбовые штанги 1 с ползунами 2, в которых перпендикул рно установлены чрескостные резьбовые стержни. Опора вьтолнена в виде замкнутой рам51 4, а резьбовые штанги 1 установлены с возможностью первЫеще- ни  в прорез х, выполненных на боковых сторонах рамы 4. В дистальный и проксимальный фрагменты кости ввод т чрескостные резьбовые стержни, которые креп тс  к ползунам. При необходимости осуществл ют угловые перемещени  фрагментов кости по длине и ширине, 2 ил.The invention is intended for traumatology.
