Abstract
(Л) The invention relates to the medical technology. The invention allows non-invasive control of mean arterial pressure (BP) in each cycle of heart contractions by measuring the time of the propagated pulse wave (VDPV) from the heart to a fixed point of registration. In order to automatically obtain absolute values of blood pressure in a particular patient, calibration measurements of blood pressure are performed according to the commands of the control device by an ordinary automatic automatic metering system: the first time at the beginning of observation and the second when the VDPV changes by a specified amount during therapy. The hyperbolic-type calibration curve connecting the VDPV and BP is determined from the two points obtained, and then the BP is determined in each heartbeat cycle by the value of the VDPV. (L

Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике и может использоватьс дл мониторировани среднего давлени у нациентов палаты интенсивной терапии .The invention relates to medical technology and can be used to monitor the mean pressure of an intensive care unit patient.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of determining the mean arterial pressure during its monitoring in patients of the intensive care unit.
The method is carried out as follows.
When a patient enters the intensive care unit, with his 15, for example, an automatic sphygmomanometer, the initial blood pressure value P is determined. At the same time, the initial time of the pulse wave is measured

The ultimate point of reference is the maximum of the pulse wave recorded on the patient's lower limb. The pressure is monitored by the WRTI of 1 mm Hg. 0.001s.
During therapy, the VSH1B values are displayed or displayed, for example, in the form of a graph or numbers.
При изменении ВШ1В на величину 0,01 с производитс с помощью сфиг- моманометра вторична регистраци величины артериального давлени PI, соответствующего измеренному на этот момент времени пробега пульсовой волны - T-i.When the VG1B is changed by a value of 0.01 s, a sphygmomanometer is used to re-register the arterial pressure value PI corresponding to the pulse wave travel time measured at this time point, T-i.
The nature of the pressure change between points T and T is irrelevant.
