Abstract

FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of mutagens - UV-rays and ethyleneimine (at the first stage) and nitrosomethylurea (at the second stage). As a result of induced selection mutant Aspergillus foetidus-51 is isolated which shows the following activities: cellobiohydrolase is 8 U/ml, β-glucosidase is 38 U/ml, and the total pectolytic activity is 7.1 U/ml. The preparation cellopectofoetidine П10х and ГЗх can be used for hydrolysis of nonstarch polysaccharides, processes intensification in producing beer, alcohol, juice, in food production in agriculture. EFFECT: high activity of enzyme complex under conditions of solid and liquid-phase fermentation procedures. 1 tbl
