Abstract
The invention refers to biotechnology, in particular to a fungi strain that can be used in the microbiological, food and pharmaceutical industries.It is proposed a new strain of Penicillium expansum fungus - producer of cellulases deposited with the National Collection of Nonpathogenic Microorganisms of the Republic of Moldova under the number CNMN FD 05 C. The strain is characterized by high cellulose-lytic activity of the enzymatic complex containing endoglucanases, cellobiohydrolases and β-glucosidases, the activity of which constitute 42, 43; 2,07 and 4,08 U/ml, correspondingly.
