Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности тренировки горнолыжников путем отработки техники ведени поворота и кантовани .The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of training skiers by working out the technique of driving and turning.
FIG. I schematically depicts the proposed device, side view; in fig. 2 - the same, top view; in fig. 3 - relief base, side view.
A device for training skiers contains a base 1 in the form of a relief plate (FIGS. 1 and 3), spring-loaded with springs 2 installed in machines 3, associated with a bed 4 with axis 5, having two arcuate grooves 6, in which damping stops 7 are installed, carriages 8, consisting of lower 9 and upper 10 plates, placed on rollers 11, connected by axles 12 with guide rollers 13. Top plate 10 by means of vertical guides 14 and springs 15 is connected to platform 16, which in turn joint 17 and springs 18 are connected with the upper part of the supporting platform 19. The supporting platforms 19 are covered with elastic material 20 and contain clamps 21 for fastening shoes.
The device works as follows.
0An athlete, one hundred with skis or simulators at support sites, redistributes the force of body weight from one foot to another in accordance with the technique of the turn being studied. Under the action of a force, the elastic material 20 is deformed, the support pad 19 on the hinge 17 rotates in the direction of the applied force, overcoming the resistance of the springs 18, and through the hinge 17 the force is transferred to the lower platform 16, which is gradually lowered down by the spring 15 At the same time, the relief base 1 leans towards the loaded (supporting) leg, and the carriage 8, which is paired with the supporting platform 19, begins to move along the arc-shaped groove to the cushion stopper 7 and the skis sink c in the elastic material 20. The angle of inclination of the base 1, rotation and inclination of the support pad 19, the depth of the ski depends on. the magnitude and direction of the force developed when turning and turning. The guide rollers 13 ensure the smooth movement of the carriages 8 along the arc-shaped groove 6, eliminating possible jamming of the carriages during the change of their movement along the groove (Fig. 1 and 2). The hinge 17 and the springs 18 allow the support pad 19 to perform smooth movements in three mutually perpendicular planes under the action of the core.
When the end of the rotation in one direction, the athlete begins to perform movements in the other direction, redistributing the force of gravity of the body to the other leg. As a result of the varying direction of force exerted by the athlete, the base 1 is bent in the opposite direction, and the other carriage with the supporting platform moves along the groove 6 to a damping fire. 7. Shock absorbers 7 contribute to the smooth stopping of the loaded carriage and
1.5, the unloaded carriage 8 is returned to its original position. The unloaded carriage with a supporting platform returns to its original position under the action of gravity and recoil force of the shock absorber in slot 6 of the inclined base 1.
Relief base 1, movement of carriages 8 with supporting platforms 19 along a predetermined arc-shaped groove 6, immersion of skis in elastic material 20, turns on the hinge 17 of supporting platform 19 and its melting downward displacement with the lower platform 16, inclination of the base 1, elasticity of springs 2, 15, 18 allows you to reproduce some of the natural characteristics of the route (terrain, density of snow cover, radius and direction of rotation). Change
2, 15, The topography of the base 1 and the configuration of the groove 6 define not only the necessary kinematic characteristics of the turn, but also choose the necessary turn options for training and improvement taking into account the forthcoming competitive activity. In connection with the solved technical and methodological tasks of teaching turns, the mode of operation of the device is established by changing the relief of the base 1, the configuration of the groove 6, the rigidity of the springs 2, 15,
20.0 18 and the elasticity of the material 20.
The proposed device allows the dynamics to work out the technique of turning and turning in a holistic and dissected method, to arbitrarily fix
With the position of the body in the necessary moments and phases of rotation, without preliminary preparation, repeatedly perform turns in the given directions and in the required mode of operation of the locomotor system. The change in the elasticity of the contact surface with the skis and the spring stiffness reproduces to some extent the natural conditions of contact of the skis with the support (the density of the snow cover of the track), which is extremely important for working out the technique of turning. By varying the base relief, the radius of curvature of the guide groove, the elasticity of the material and the stiffness of the springs, it is possible not only to simulate the kinematics of turns, but also to create natural conditions for the improvement of turns. Learning to turn with a given kinematics and under conditions as close as possible to the natural characteristics of the course (relief, elasticity of the support, radius and direction of rotation) contributes to an increase in the efficiency of the training of mountain skiers.
