Устройство содержит ручку, иглу 2 и ман- дрен 3, который фиксируетс на ползуне 4 ручки с помощью винта 5. Рабочий конец иглы С-образно изогнут. На дне паза полуовальной формы имеетс отверстие , ведущее в просвет канала внутри иглы. В мандрене на уч астке между ползуном 4 ручки и канюлей иглы 2 выпол- нена полукругла шайба 8. Шайба ограничивает продвижение проксимального конца мандрена 3 в канал ползуна 4 и позвол ет установить мандрен 3 так, что заостренный край его обращен к отверстию в боковой стенке иглы и предотвращает его смещение вокруг оси. 3 ил.
