Description
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgical needles, and is intended primarily for the aspiration of wounds.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce trauma to the wound tissue.
1.FIG. 1 shows the device, a general view; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one.
The aspiration tip contains a tube 1 and a cannula 2 made of elastic biologically inert material. The working part 3 of the tube 1 has a figured transverse 8-shaped section with the symmetrical grooves 4 formed. In addition, the working part is twisted along a helical line relative to its longitudinal axis. Cannula 2 has a tapered bore 5. Opposite the working part of the tube, part 6 has a circular cross section.
On the working part 3, lateral holes 7 are made in the grooves 4. The working end of the tube is rounded along the end.
В этих пределах достигаетс наилучше сочетание атравматичности и сокращение времени отсоса раневого содержимого .The steepness of the helix of the tube is determined by the ratio of the largest cross-sectional size of the tube to the helix pitch. The optimum ratio is 1.5–5. Within these limits, the best combination of atraumaticity is achieved and the suction time of the wound contents is shortened.
The aspiration tip is used as follows.
6,Take the tip of the thumb and forefinger for the round part 6,
После получени достаточного количества раневого содержимого наконечник отсоедин ют от отсасывающего устройства и вращением в направлении, обратном направлению при погружении, наконечник вывод т из раны.then the tip of the tip is inserted into the gap between the edges of the wound. Immersing the tip into the wound is performed by rotating it in the direction of winding the tube 1. After immersing the working tip of the tip into the wound to the required depth, it is connected via cannula 2 to a suction device, such as a syringe. Then, suction of the wound contents is performed through the opening 7. After a sufficient amount of wound contents has been obtained, the tip is disconnected from the suction device and the tip is removed from the wound by rotating in the opposite direction when immersed.
The use of the invention reduces the degree of trauma to the tissue walls.
