Abstract
2 з.п. The chisel includes a housing 1 with a central and exit - w; they have lateral channels (BC) 3 with it. With the housing 1, longitudinal inclined ribs are rigidly connected, each of which consists of two parts (ČR) 4 and 5 reinforced with wear-resistant inserts 6. More distant from the bit axis of the CR 4, is mixed with a relatively less distant CR 5 in the direction of bit rotation by the width of the edge and partially overlaps the latter in height. At the end of CR 4, on the side of the rear face 8, adjacent to the front face 9 CR 5, a groove 10 is made, into which one of the BC 3 has an exit. directed to the center of the working end of the bit. In the inclined section of the BC, parallel to the axis of the bit, an elastic plate can be installed. During the drilling process, the agent for cleaning the well enters the bottomhole from the BC 3 through the slots 10 and the inclined section of the BC parallel to the axis of the bit. This separation of the agent flow and the excitation of acoustic waves in it due to the oscillation of the free end of the elastic plate improves the conditions for removal of the destroyed rock from the bottom and its subsequent transportation through the wellbore. 2 hp ff, 5 ill. 4 -- узел I на Ю сочков породы и их взвешиванию в потокеfrom where the destruction of the destroyed rock is difficult because of the conical shape of the bottom and the considerable distance of its constricted area from the annulus of the well. The agent, the passage w through the inclined section 12 of the channel 11, causes oscillations of the free end of the plate 13, as a result of which acoustic waves are formed, which contribute to easier detachment of the destroyed rock from the bottom, crushing the AA-biting in FIG. 2; in fig. 4 - node I on the Juice of the rock and their weighing in the stream

11.The rotary drill bit includes a housing 1 with a central 2 and lateral 3 channels extending from it and rigidly connected to the housing 1 longitudinal inclined ribs, each of which consists of two parts 4 and 5 reinforced with wear-resistant inserts 6. More distant from the axis of the bit 4, the ribs are offset relative to its less distant part 5 in the direction of rotation of the bit by the width of the rib and partially overlap the latter in height. At the end 7 of part 4 of the edge from the side of the rear face 8 adjacent to the front face 9 of the part 5 of the rib, a groove 10 is made into which one of the side channels 3 of the housing has an exit. In addition, at least one side channel 11 can be made parallel to the axis of the bit and have an inclined section 12 directed toward the center of the working end of the bit. At the same time, the bit can be provided with an elastic plate 13 installed in the inclined section 12 of the channel 11. The width of the plate 13 is chosen to be somewhat less than the diameter of the inclined section 12 of the channel 11.
Chisel works as follows.
During the drilling process, the axial load and torque are transferred to the bit, under the action of which the wear-resistant inserts are inserted into the rock and destroy it, forming the borehole. Simultaneously to the bottomhole through the channels of the body of the bit is 40 п groove. An agent for cleaning the well is provided (flushing fluid, compressed air, etc.). . Part of this agent through channels 3 enters grooves 10 and goes to the bottomhole
Все это повышает эффективность работы долота.agent, which results in improved cleaning of the bottom from the products of destruction and faster removal of these products from the well. In addition, acoustic waves prevent the sludge from sticking to the ribs and body of the bit, as well as its accumulation} in places of a sharp change in the annular flow area, in particular above the bit. All this increases the efficiency of the bit.
