Abstract

Изобретение относитс к вал ль- но войлочной промышленности и позвол ет повысить качество основы вал ной обуви путем стабилизации размеров заготовки основы. Устройство содержит горизонтально расположенные неподвижную НИ5КНЮЮ плиту 11 верхнюю плиту 5 установленную с возможностью вертикального перемещени и колебательного движени в поперечном направлении. На верхней плите жестко смонтирован штамп, форма которого повтор ет форму заготовки обуви, а площадь его меньше площади заготовки на величину сращивани ее краев. На нюкней плите смонтирован трафарет с возможностью вертикального- перемещени до контакта с верхней плитой. Трафарет имеет вырез , форма которого соответствует форме штампа.
