Цель изобретени - повышенна эффективности удалени асфальТо-смо- листых и парафиновых отложений путем улучшени диспергирующих свойств составов. Он содержит следуищие компоненты при их соотношении, мас.%: углеводородна основа 70,0-80,0; жи- росодержащий эмульгатор 5,0-10,0} гидроксид щелочного или щелочно-зе- мельного металла 3,0-5,0; монмца композици марки МЛ 0,10-0,25; вода - остальное. Композици МЛ имеет следующий состав при соотношении его компонентов, мас.%: полиэтилен- гликолевый эфир ди-трет-бутилфенола с 6-7 оксиэтильными группами 6,0-9,0; алкилбензолсульфонат, содержащий 12 до 18 атомов углерода 1,0-1,5} карбонат натри 48,0 - 52,0; триполифос- фат натри 30,0-33,0; метасиликат натри 8,0-10,0. Состав готов т путем смешивани расчетного кол-ва растворител и эмульгатора в перемешивающем устр-ве 10-15 мин до получени однородной смеси. Затем добавл ют расчетное кол-во композиции. В последнюю предварительно ввод т расчетное кол-во гидроксида щелочного или щелочно-земельного металла и смешивают 10-15 мин до получени однородной массы. 1 табл.
