Способ переработки молибденсодержащих материалов, включающий обработку исходного рудного материала серной кислотой с последующим выщелачиванием в три стадии при поддержании определенного значения ОВП на первой стадии нитрат-ионами, на второй и третьей стадиях исходным рудным материалом при ОВП (на третьей стадии 700 мВ), отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения степени извлечения молибдена, выщелачиванию на первой стадии подвергают 30 - 40% рудного материала и ведут его при ОВП 760 - 800 мВ и на второй стадии при ОВП 730 - 750 мВ.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что обработку исходного материала серной кислотой ведут при избыточной кислотности 20 - 60 г/л.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на третьей стадии поддерживают значение ОВП 700 - 720 мВ.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что выщелачивание исходного рудного материала на первой стадии ведут в присутствии 5,0 - 10,0 г/л ионов Fe.5.
