Abstract
This invention relates to biochemistry. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the method in the differentiation of the pathological process and remission. Glutamic acid and alpha-ketoglutaric acid content is determined in urine. In healthy children, the content of alpha-ketoglutaric acid in the urine is not detected or is 0.009 + 0.002 µmol / mp, and it increases 10-40 times with glomerulonephritis. 3 tab.

The invention relates to medicaments and can be used in clinical practice to confirm the diagnosis of glomerulonephritis and to predict its course in children.
The purpose of the invention is the accuracy of the method in d, differentiating the pathological process and remission.
The method is carried out as follows.
In the course of the disease (glomerulitis of nephritis), the collection of urine is made, the content of glutamic acid (HA) and alpha ketogl-utaric acid (CHH) is determined in it. On appearing: the increase of the pathological kidney process in the urine of the HA and CHC is determined The disappearance is considered as the moment of the onset of the remist-sho
1,The content of KGC in the urine in various forms of glomerulonephritis in children is given in table1,
У практически здоровых детей содержание в моче КГК не определ етс или составл ет в среднем 0.009±0з00 мкмоль/млу а при глог уролонефрите повышаетс в 10-40 раз (т-абл,).In practically healthy children, the content of KGC in the urine is undetectable or averages 0.009 ± 0–00 µmol / ml and increases 10–40 times (t-abl) with urolonephritis glog.
GK in healthy children is absent when glomerulonephritis can pose with up to 0.3 µmol / ml,

2. -.The content of KGC and GK in the urine are presented in table. 2. -.
It can be seen that in the acute period in the urine KGC and GK accumulate, their content of sn: decreases as the patient's condition improves.
3.Example 2 A child with a hematuric form of acute glomerulo-nephritis. The data presented in table 3.
As the clinical signs of the disease disappear and the clinical parameters of the blood and urine stabilize, the levels of KHK and GC in the urine decrease. 5 By the time the child’s records are through
2j5 months with the improvement of the state, normalized ESR ;, protein grains, leukocyte numbers, preservation of equal concentrations of HA and KGK sweats, indicates an incomplete recovery.
Thus, unlike the known method, the invention allows one to establish the growth and continuation of the pathological process, as well as to determine its presence when all other clinical indicators are normalized5 to more accurately register the onset of remission.

The method of determining the functional i-o state of nights in children with glomerulonephritis by examining biochemical parameters in the urine, which is characterized by the fact that, with a chain of increasing the accuracy of the method for differentiating the pathological process and remission, the alpha ketog content is determined and glutamic acids in the dynamics of the disease and by their presence in the urine determine the presence of a pathological gastro-process, and the disappearance of the occurrence of a belt.
