Abstract
5 с JU б 4: 14 О О с с а vJThe invention relates to the oil industry. The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability by simplifying the design. The gas separator contains successively installed hectares, a protective chamber (K) 1 with channels 2 for the passage of well fluid and a degassing short circuit with a gas outlet valve 4. On K 3 there is a suction pipe 5, eccentrically of which a supply pipe 6 is installed, connecting the upper part K 3 with the bottom part K 1. The diameter of the pipe 6 is determined from the conditions of the passage per half of the volume of liquid drawn by the pump during the suction cycle. During the injection of the latter, the liquid from K 1 through pipe 6 enters K 3, forces gas into the space through valve 4 .. Gas-rich K 1 is ordinary gas measles and is designed to separate free gas when the jet of liquid is rotated through 180 °; . The diameter of the pipe 6 is calculated from the Darcy-Weisbach file taking into account half of the volumetric flow rate of the liquid taken by the pump during the suction cycle. 1 il. / 5 with JU b 4: 14 About About with with and vJ
Description
The invention relates to oil production, in particular, to devices for separating gas dissolved in oil at the pump intake.
The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability by simplifying the design.
The drawing schematically shows a downhole separator,
1The downhole gas separator contains successively installed gas protection chamber 1 with channels 2 for the passage of the well by the well and a degassing chamber 3 with a gas discharge valve 4, a suction pipe 5 placed in the degassing chamber and a supply pipe 6. The inlet pipe 6 is installed eccentrically relative to the suction pipe 5 and informs the upper part of the degassing chamber 3 with the lower part of the gas protection chamber 1
Downhole separator works as follows.
At the suction course, the liquid from the degassing chamber 3 through the suction pipe 5 enters the pump. At the same time, the degassing chamber 3 is supplied with liquid from the gas protection chamber 1 “Diameter. The supply pipe 6 is designed so that the volumetric flow rate of the liquid entering the degassing chamber 3 is two times less than the volumetric flow rate of the liquid sucked by the pump. This causes a decrease in the level of the liquid in the degassing chamber, as a result of which the pressure in the region above the liquid drops, which causes the evolution of gas from the liquid in the degassing chamber.
During the pumping course of the pump, the liquid from the gas-shielding chamber 1 enters the degassing chamber through the inlet pipe 6, displaces the gas into the trap space through the vapor valve.
Газозащитна камера 1 вл етс обычным газовым корем и предназначена дл отделени свободного газа при повороте струи жидкости на 180°. Расчет диаметра подвод щей трубы 6 определ етс из формулы Дарси-Вейсбаха с учетом половины объемного расхода жидкости, забираемой насосом за цикл всасывани ;The gas containment chamber 1 is a conventional gas core and is intended to separate free gas when the jet of liquid is rotated through 180 °. The calculation of the diameter of the supply pipe 6 is determined from the Darcy-Weisbach formula taking into account half of the volume flow rate of the fluid taken up by the pump during the suction cycle;
