In tab. 1 presents the composition of the fluxes in the table. 2 - their properties
1,8-3,6; Li.jO 2-3.The main components for the preparation of flux are used, wt.%: Aragatsky perlite 50-55; boric acid 25-30; soda - 6-81 potash 4-6; red lead 1,8-3,6; Li.jO 2-3.
В состав керамической краски вход т , мас.%: флюс 60-70; керамический пигмент 30-40; св зующее вещество (глицерин или трансформаторное масло) 40 (сверх 100%).The composition of the ceramic paint includes, wt.%: Flux 60-70; ceramic pigment 30-40; binding substance (glycerin or transformer oil) 40 (over 100%).
The flux is obtained according to the following technology: the constituent parts of the mass are crushed, twisted and frit at 11VO-1200 ° C.
After granulation, the frit is milled wet to fineness, provided
