Abstract
The invention relates to the production of building glass, in particular to the production of painted loblocks. In order to ensure the coloration of the inner surface of the semi-blocks, reduce the consumption of solutions and improve the quality of the sprayed film, the surface of only one hundred molded glass is cooled to 200-300 ° C with azrozole and solutions of low-melting glasses of the PHO-dye system are sprayed. A reduction in the consumption of sprayed solutions — by a factor of 4.5, the deposited film has a high quality (the density of precipitation due to light transmission is 0). 1 tab.

The purpose of the invention is to provide staining of the inner surface of the semi-blocks, reducing the consumption of solutions and improving the quality of the sprayed film,
In the production of glass blocks, the internal surface of semi-blocks of
The proposed method is carried out as follows.
For staining the blocks, thin colored vitreous coatings based on low-melting glass PbO-B Og dye o are used. Thin-layer coatings are prepared using the dissolved technology. To do this, all the initial components of boric acid are dissolved in lead nitrates and dyes in a certain ratio in distilled water. Since all the above components have different solubilities, the main part of the solution is 83-93% water. When the solution is sprayed onto the heated glass surface, a layer of sediment is formed on the latter, consisting of a homogeneous mixture of oxides and salts from which thin color film
However, due to the fact that the surface temperature on the sponge immediately after formation is approximately 700–750 ° C, then spraying of the solution leads to intensive evaporation of the solvent — water and entrainment of the other components of the solution to the environment (atmosphere). In addition, in the temperature range 200-300 ° C, the precipitate of the solution was immediately deposited ™ on the surface of the half block.

The most inexpedient option of spraying the solution on the inner surface of the half block is the second – fourth press position, however, the high glass temperature leads to an increased consumption of the solution and degraded. At the first stage, the cooling of the semi-block at the aforementioned positions of the press is carried out with a water aerosol rather than with a solution.
В таблице приведены реззшьтаты исследовани процесса нанесени цветных покрытий при различных режимах напылени .The table shows the results of studying the process of applying color coatings under various sputtering conditions.
