Description

Methods are known for restoring worn cylinder glands of engines by honing their mirrors on special machines.

60°.In contrast to the known methods, in order to give the working surface of the restored liner a more regular cylindrical shape, honing is carried out at ratios of the speed of the reciprocating movement of the hone and the speed of its movement along the circumference within a range of from / to TO / i2. The heating temperature of the liner during processing should not exceed 60 °.

Согласно предложенному способу, восстановление гильзы ведетс  методом хонинговани  без предварительной механической обработки отверсти .According to the proposed method, the restoration of the liner is carried out by honing without prior machining of the hole.

As a rule, worn-out sleeves have ovality and taper, much higher than their acceptable value. In addition, the sleeve length is hardened unevenly.

The processing of such a sleeve begins with the removal of irregularities that distort the shape of the sleeve. The bars should be pressed against the surface of the liner with a pressure of up to 40 kg / cm. With such pressure, due to irregularities, seizures occur, causing vibrations.

1 : 12.In order to eliminate scratches and smooth out vibrations, it is necessary, without changing the reciprocating speed of the head, to increase the circumferential honing speed to such a value that ensures a sufficiently rapid removal of the metal at the processing site. The same result can be achieved by reducing the reciprocating speed of the head. To obtain the correct shape of the working surface of the liner, the circumferential speed must be within 40-120 MJMUH, and the ratio of the speed of the reciprocating movement to the peripheral speed of the head must be at least 1: 3 and no more than 1: 12.

No. 141399-2. The second important factor that makes it possible to obtain the correct shape of the liner is the optimum heating temperature, permissible during processing. The sleeve temperature should not exceed 60 °, as otherwise, during cooling, the sleeve distorts its shape by an unacceptable value.

This method allows, without prior machining, to recover worn cylinder liners.

Subject invention

60°.A method of restoring worn cylinder liners of engines by honing, characterized in that, in order to give the working surface of the liner a regular cylindrical shape, honing is carried out at a ratio of the speed of the reciprocating movement to the peripheral speed of the hone from / to TO Vi2 and at the temperature of the sleeve in process processing not exceeding 60 °.
