Abstract

Изобретение относитс к оборудованию по переработке термопластических материалов литьем под давлением, в частности к машинам дл изготовлени сложных технических изделий типа фитингов. Цель - повьшение надежности блокировки взаимного перемещени две и Й-А рей ограждени литьевой машины. Ограждение содержит переднюю 1 и заднюю 2 двери, перемещающиес на роликах 9 и 10 по. направл ющим 11 и 12. Уст- ройстпо блокировки взаимного nepeMe - шени дверей выполнено в виде штанги 14, установленной в направл ющих 13 и имеющей на конце, обращенном к передней двери, упор 15, а на конце, обращенном к задней двери, ролик 16. На задней двери установлен копир 17 с фигурным пазом. При закрытом положении передней 1 и задней 2 дверей ограждени ролик 16 штанги 14 находитс на пр мом участке а фигурного паза копира 17 и задн дверь не может открыть рабочую зону, так как при движении задней двери ролик 16 переходит на участок б фигурного паза и упор 15 штанги 14 наталкиваетс на упор 18 и стопорит движение задней двери.When the front 1 and rear 2 doors of the fence are closed, the roller 16 of the rod 14 is located in the straight section of the figure notch of the copier 17 and the rear door cannot open the working area, as the back door 16 moves to the section 6 of the figure notch and the stop 15 the rod 14 bumps against the stop 18 and stops the movement of the rear door.
