Abstract
1 з.п. The invention relates to a rock destructive tool for drilling oil and gas wells and improves bit durability by reducing the hydroabrasive wear of the flushing channels (PCs). The chisel includes body 1 with PC 6, jetting nozzles 7 and roller cutters 4 mounted on legs 3. On the walls of PC 6, transverse Y-shaped grooves are made with an angle of from 30 to 60 °. The depth h of the grooves is related to the radius g of the indicated PC 6 by the ratio, 014-0.064. Moreover, PC 6 in the grooves in the cross section have a thread profile. The flushing fluid is supplied to the nozzle 7. The pressure in front of the nozzle 7 increases, and the near-wall layer of the liquid is wedged into the grooves, preventing the PC 6 from being washed out. 1 hp f-ly, 2 ill.

The invention relates to a rock demolishing tool for drilling oil and gas wells.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the durability of the bit by reducing the hydroabrasive wear of the wash channels.
FIG. 1 shows the jetting bit; in fig. 2 - node T in FIG. 1. (cross-section of the cross grooves in the flushing channel).
The bit includes a housing 1 with an attachment nipple 2 and paws 3 on which the cones 4 are mounted. A flushing channel 6 extends from the housing 5, in which the jetting nozzle 7 with a seal 8 is fixed with a retaining ring 9. The transverse grooves are made on the walls of the flushing channel 6 10 V-shaped.
0,014-0,064,During operation of the bit, the flushing fluid is supplied to the cavity 5 of the housing 1, then through the flushing channel 6 to the jetting nozzle 7. The pressure of the fluid flow in front of the nozzle 7 increases. As the pressure of the liquid on the walls of the flushing channel 6 increases, the wall layer of the liquid wedges into the grooves of the grooves 10. Thus, the volume of liquid filled with yush, the groove 10 becomes like part of the solid surface of the wall of the channel 6, which prevents it from being washed out and turns out It has less resistance to the movement of fluid particles in the near-wall region of the channel 6. Favorable conditions for the formation of a fixed volume of liquid occur when the depth of the grooves h to the radius of the washing channel is 6 g, equal to 0.014-0.064,

меньше 30 и больше 60°, захватывающа и удерживающа способность канавок 1/-образной формы в пристенной области канала 6 ухудшаетс , что приводит к быстрому разрушению их и дальнейшему развитию неравномерной шероховатости поверхности промывочного канала 6, а при большем значении вершины выступов V-образных канавок 10 врезаютс в основной поток промывочной жидкости, создают значительное сопротивление ее движению и подвергаютс интенсивному размыву.and the angle a between the lateral sides of the profile of the grooves 10 (in the axial plane) is 30-60 °. With a smaller value of this ratio, as with the corners between the sides of the profile of the grooves 10. Less than 30 and more than 60 °, the gripping and holding capacity of the 1 / -shaped grooves in the near-wall region of the channel 6 deteriorates, which leads to their rapid destruction and further development of uneven the roughness of the surface of the washing channel 6, and with a larger value of the apex of the projections of the V-shaped grooves 10, cut into the main flow of the washing liquid, create significant resistance to its movement and are subjected to intense diffusion woo
