Предлагаемый обмотчик отличаетс от известных тем, что в нем применены два поворотных рычага, один из которых снабжен след щим роликом, кат щимс по кругу ленты, и пружинным тормозом, притормаживающим катушку, а другой снабжен роликовым пальцем, отт гивающим сматываемую с катушки ленту.The proposed wrapper differs from the known ones in that it uses two pivoting levers, one of which is equipped with a follower roller, rolling around the belt, and a spring brake, braking the coil, and the other one with a roller pin, pulling the ribbon unwinding from the coil.

Обмотчик монтируетс на зубчатом диске /, имеющем прорезь дл ввода стержн . Привод диска осуществл етс парой зубчатых шестерен . Сменна катушка 2 с лентой устанавливаетс на осн 3, закрепленной в плате 4, котора имеет возможность с помощью установочных винтов 5 ориентировать угловое положение катущки 2 относительно обматываемого стержн , в зависимости от ширины ленты. На той же плате на оси 6 установлен качающийс рычаг 7, на котором закреплены: след щий ролик 8 и пружинный тормоз 9, прижимаюшийс к катушке 2 своей тормозной планкой 10. Пружина 11 заставл ет след щий ролик 8, а вместе с ним и тормоз 9, по мере сматывани ленты, перемещатьс к центру катущки, мен при этом тормозной момент и обеспечива посто нство нат жени ленты. Силу нат жени ленты можно регулировать винтом 12. Дл того чтобы исключить провисание ленты, применен подпружиненный рычаг 13 с закрепленными на нем роликами 14, который свободно установлен на оси 5.The wrapper is mounted on a toothed disk / having a slot for inserting a rod. The tension of the belt can be adjusted by screw 12. In order to eliminate slack of the belt, a spring-loaded lever 13 with rollers 14 fixed on it is used, which is freely mounted on the axis 5.
