Abstract
The invention relates to dermatology. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the duration of treatment. The affected area is irradiated with laser radiation with a wavelength of 325 nm and a power density of 100–200 mW / cm for 60–240 s and for 60–120 s for the paravertebral region. After 10-15 minutes, these same zones are affected by laser radiation with a wavelength of 632.8 nm. The method allows to increase the recovery rate by 1.5 times and reduce the duration of hospital stay by 1.4 times. 3 tab.
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatology.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the duration of treatment of dermatoses.
Example 1 “Sick K” Diagnosis: common microbial. For 60 days was hospitalized in the skin department, - - lechenie. The treatment carried out (antihistamine preparations, desensitization therapy, antibiotics, corticosteroid hormones, vitamin therapy, external treatment) did not work.
Recommended laser therapy with ultraviolet and red light.
Процедуры осуществл ли ежедневно (кроме воскресень ).Stationary industrial LG-75 and LGN-504 lasers, which generate in the red and ultraviolet regions of the spectrum, are used as radiation sources. The patient occupies a comfortable position at a distance of 1-1.5 m from the radiation source. A laser beam with a wavelength of 325 nm and a power density of 100 mW / cm is directed to pathological foci and their periphery by means of a prism quartz glass light guide. Irradiation was carried out for 60 s. Then, after 10–15 minutes, the same procedure was performed at a wavelength of 632.8 nm with the same parameters. Additionally, the effect of paravertebral laser radiation with a wavelength of 325 nm for a period of 60 s was performed. Procedures were performed daily (except Sunday).
1.The course of treatment of patient K. is given in table. one.
Example 2. Patient C. Diagnosis: limited neurodermatitis.
Ill for 3 years. The treatment carried out (desensitizing, anti-histamine, histoglobulin, ointment treatment) did not produce an effect. Marked intolerance to drugs.

2.The course of treatment is presented in table 2.
Example 3. Patient K. Diagnosis: diffuse neurodermatitis.
Sick since childhood. Treatment (desensitizing, antihistaminic, corticosteroids inside, laser therapy with red light) did not. lasting effect.
Ultraviolet and red light laser therapy with a power density of 200 mW / cm is recommended for a period of time that affects the pathological focus 240 s, paravertebral 120 s.
3 .The course of treatment of the patient K. is presented in table. 3
Thus, the proposed method for the treatment of allergic dermatoses compared with the known method allows to reduce the duration of hospital stay by 1.4 times, increase the recovery rate by 1.5 times, speed up the disappearance of subjective sensations (itching, soreness, pain), ensure the effectiveness of treatment (absence of cases where the treatment did not give a positive effect).
