Abstract
а (/: сThe invention relates to the microbiological industry, in particular, to the technology for the production of vegetable and carbohydrate feeds during the thermal catalytic treatment of vegetable raw materials, and can be used in the feeding of farm animals. The purpose of the invention is to increase the nutritional value of the feed. The crushed raw materials (hardwood, straw, vegetable waste from agricultural production) are subjected to moisture-heat treatment at a small modulus (GM 1.5-3.0) in the presence of salt catalysts — monocalcium phosphate or superphosphate in an amount of 2-10% by weight absolutely dry raw materials. The hydrolysis of the raw material is carried out at 140-160 ° C for 60-120 minutes. The resulting feed contains soluble carbohydrates in an amount of 18.6-32.6% versus 16.0-20.4% in the feed obtained after hydrolysis without the use of catalysts. The use of salt catalysts contributes to the enrichment of feed with calcium and phosphorus. 1 tab. a (/: s

Example 1. The crushed cbf-en (wood of hardwood, soma, vegetable waste of agricultural production) is subjected to water-heat treatment with a scarlet module (GM 1.5-3.0) in the presence of a salt catalyst mono-glass - diiphosphate in the amount of 2% by weight of b salty dry raw material. 10-20%.ride at 150 ° C for 60 minutes. The obtained hydrolyzate mass is neutralized with ammonia or ammonia ode and fed to animals in a wet: state (humidity 62-68%) or dried to a residual content; logs in the feed 10-20%.

The quality of the vegetable-carbohydrate feed, depending on the conditions of hydrolysis, is presented in the table.
As can be seen from the table, the use of monocalcium phosphate and superphosphate as salt catalysts in the hydrolysis of plant raw materials increases the content of soluble carbohydrates in the feed to 18.6-32.6% against 16.0-20.4% of carbohydrates in the feed obtained by hydrolysis vegetable raw materials without the use of catalysts. The use of monocalcium phosphate and superphosphate during hydrolysis also contributes to the enrichment of the feed with calcium and phosphorus.
