Description

Devices for separating grain mixtures in the form of an endless oblique web stretched across two cylindrical drums and containers for collecting peeled seeds and waste are known, but they do not use the complex difference in the original grain material on surface properties and luminosity.

In the proposed device, an inclined endless working web is made of a mesh and placed in a casing, with the throat of a centrifugal-type suction fan on the side of the non-working part of the web, sealing valves and rollers are installed at the top or bottom to eliminate air suction parts of the device. The working canvas may be in the form of a cylinder with rotation along the movement of the material being cleaned.

Such a device provides for the separation of grain mixtures not only by their surface properties, but also by windage, as a result of which the quality of cleaning and separation of grain mixtures is significantly improved.

The device consists of a receiving bunker 7, an endless inclined mesh screen 2, upper and lower cylindrical drums 3, receiver 4 of purified material, sealing bottom valve 5, upper sealing roller 6, casing 7 and suction fan 8. A device for separating and cleaning grain mixtures, which includes a receiving hopper, two cylindrical drums with an endless canvas stretched on them, characterized in that, in order to be able to separate mixtures according to their degree of suction, an endless working sheet is made of mesh and enclosed in a casing, and the suction mouth of the fan is supplied from the outside of the mesh fabric. 2.
