Устройство содержит бак 1 с крышкой , в котором установлен с возможностью вращени от привода 2 относительно вертикальной оси барабан 3 с загрузочным отверстием. В крышке бака размещен распылитель, выполненный в виде горизонтального дискообразного баллона 4. Баллон 4 имеет расположенное со смещением относительно вертикальной оси отверстие 5 дл залива воды и размещенный в отверстии клапан 6 дл создани давлени . В баллоне 4 выполнено центральное коническое сквозное отверстие 7 дл подсоса воздуха, обращенное большим основанием к загрузочному отверстию барабана.
