Изобретение относитс к сельскому хоз йству, более конкретно к плодоводству и виноградарству. Цель изобретени - упростить конструкцию и обеспечить удобство эксплуатации. Устройство содержит шарнирно св занные между собою два стержн 1 с подвижным и неподвижным рабочими органами . Одни концы стержней св заны шарниром 4, а другие концы их разогнуты в противоположные стороны и на них размещены рабочие органы в виде петлеобразного неподвижного ножа 2 и подвижного пластинчатого ножа 3.
