3 з.п. The invention relates to the construction and can be used for the manufacture of panels and shells in construction, aircraft and shipbuilding. The purpose of the invention is to increase the building height of the panel and increase its compressive and shear strengths. The panel contains skins 1 and a filler from separate strips 2 with one BepxHTiM and one lower row of protrusions 3 formed by bends alternately in opposite directions of the strips 2 of the filler. The projections 3 have horizontal 4 and inclined 5 shelves, and through the first of them they are connected to the casings, and through the second, to a continuous vertical strip formed in the middle of the filler and uniting the upper and lower rows of the projections. In the vertical strip along the entire length there are holes 7 formed by the cut-out and bends. Tubular reinforcements are inserted into holes 7. Stretch reinforcement strips are attached vertically and horizontally to the folds in the form of links of the fill rows. The filler stripes 2 may be located at such a distance that the horizontal shelves of the projections of one row, the approach BQ of the depression between the projections of the adjacent row, form a continuous surface. 3 hp ff, 7 ill.

The invention relates to the construction and can be used for the manufacture of panels and shells in construction, aircraft and shipbuilding.
The invention is aimed at increasing the building height of the panel and increasing its compressive and shear strength, as well as ensuring the blowing capacity of the papnitel in two directions.
FIG. 1 shows a panel with partially removed upper skin, a general view of FIG. 2 — the filler element in FIGS. 3-5; panels made perpendicular to the rows of hinges, cross sections; FIG. 6, a blank strip with a made & cut section (the dotted line shows the flex lines of corrugations); FIG. 7 is a variant of compacted stacking of the bands of the rim when the horizontal-areas of the protrusions in adjacent rows form the silo bars.
Полосы 2 зaпoл ш тел могут быть расположены на таком рассто нии, «то горизонтальньге 5 полки выступов 3 одного р да, заход во впадины 12 М8ж,ду выступает ного р да, образуют сплошнуга поверхность .The multi-layer panel contains the outer skin 1 and a filler located between the mill 2 of individual strips 2 with one upper 1 and one lower row of protrusions 3 formed by the notch and limb alternately in opposite directions of the strips 2, and contains an extension 5 and horizontal 4 K1I, Protrusions 3 are connected to the skins 1 along the horizontal 4 shelves, and along the inclined 5 shelves, with a continuous vertical strip.6 formed in the middle of the filler. In the vertical strip 6, along the entire length of the tunnels, the holes facilitate the construction and ensure the filling of the filler in two directions. Tubular reinforcing elements 8 are inserted into the holes of the x 7. Vertical holes are attached to the flanges 9, 10, The carbon holes of the strip 11 are in the form of links of a filler row. The strips 2 ridges of the bodies can be located at such a distance, then horizontal 5 shelves of projections 3 in one row, entry into depressions 12 M8g, do protruding rows, form a continuous surface.

Additional reinforcing elements, both tubular and flat, were made of T-10 glass fabric based on epoxy glue. The holes in the middle vertical strip, both cylindrical and rectangular with bends, were penetrated by a hole,
The proposed filler structure allows panels with a constant thickness to be fabricated for a type of shelter of a straight and curvilinear shape. In this case, a sufficiently high strength of the panel is achieved, since the corrugated filler strips can be measured with a variable density. The density is governed by the depth of entry into the intervals between the projections of adjacent rows. The area of gluing of the filler with the outer skins can be increased to 100% and thereby increase the strength of the panel to the action of compression and power loads.
