Abstract

Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл разъема пресс-форм, используемым дл изготовлени полимерных изделий. Цель изобретени - упрощение изготовлени устройства и повышение надежности его работы . Дл этого в устройстве, содержащем опорный элемент I, захваты 2, механизм горизонтального перемещени захватов, выполненной в виде ходового винта 4 с разносторонней резьбой, и механизм вертикального перемещени захватов, включающий приводную шестерню 5, последн выполнена полой, а механизм вертикального перемещени захватов снабжен расположенным в полости шестерни 5 и жестко св занным с ней в пентральной части валом 6 дл св зи с приводом, при этом захваты выпо.ч- нены с хвостовиками в виде зубчатых реек 3 дл взаимодействи с приводной нестерней 5. Дл разъема пресс-формы захваты сдвща- ютс до совмещени с пазами пресс-формы и затем синхронно за счет указанной св зи вала 6 с шестерней 5 поднимают верхнюю полуформу. 4 ил.
