Abstract
(ЛThe invention relates to the production of lubricant for friction units, work UPTS1X at elevated temperatures and used in the textile, chemical, automotive and machine tool industry. The goal is to improve the properties of the lubricant. It is produced by mixing a soapy plastic grease with a powder-like antifriction metallized graphite containing 30–50 wt.% Copper or tin, or bronze and treated first with block copolymers of alkylene oxides, and then mixed with a soapy grease to a filler content of 3–7 wt.% . These conditions provide high anti-wear (0.68- 0.86 mm), anti-friction (friction coefficient 0,018-0,025) properties and better temperature resistance (ZOO C). 2 tab. (L

The invention relates to methods for producing lubricant for friction units of the textile, chemical, petrochemical, automotive, and machine tool industries, operating at elevated temperatures.
The aim of the invention is to increase the antiwear, antifriction properties and the temperature resistance of the lubricant.
The lubricant is prepared as follows.
Weigh 5 g (5 wt.%) Of copper-coated graphite powder with a content of; 40 wt.% Copper. The sample is thoroughly mixed with the amount of pro-xanol-186 (block copolymer; oxides | ethylene and propylene) necessary for complete wetting of the sample. Received on | The filler is mixed with 95 g (95 wt.%) {plastic base - press grease W to evenly distribute parts of powder in the lubricant volume. : In tab. 1 shows examples of grease preparation.
The lubricants obtained are tested for the purpose of evaluating their anti-friction and anti-lubricant properties,
критических температур провод т по ГОСТу.critical temperatures are carried out according to GOST.
2,The test results are shown in Table. 2,
2 смазки, полученные по предлагаемому способу, обеспечивают высокие противоизносные и антифрикционные свойства и температ турную стойкость вьш1е .As can be seen from the table. 2 lubricants obtained by the proposed method provide high antiwear and antifriction properties and temperature resistance above.
