Description

Methods for preparing granulated superphosphate using a binder are known. Water is usually used as a binder, however, it does not have a sufficient binding effect, which makes the obtained granules of low strength.

Этот способ позволит повысить прочность гранул и качество суперфосфата .The proposed method for producing granulated superphosphate is exposed to the fact that sodium humate solution is used as a binder. This method will increase the strength of the granules and the quality of superphosphate.

Sodium humate is produced by known technology by extracting from solid fuels containing humic acids (peat, drilling coals, weathered coal).

The production of granular superphosphate by the proposed method can be carried out according to the following technology.

The superphosphate produced in the factory, in the form of powder, is fed to a granulator, for example a drum type, where a 1-5% aqueous solution of sodium humates is sprayed at the same time. The amount of sodium humate solution supplied to the granulator is adjusted depending on the requirements for the size of superphosphate granules. Usually granules have a size from 4 mm to a content of up to 20% of granules from 1 to 2 mm.

Upon leaving the granulator, the granules are dried in a continuous gas drum dryer at a temperature of 500-600 ° to a moisture content of not more than 5%. Dried granules after sieving on a sieve with a cell size of 1 mm are ready for use.

6-9%.The results of tests of fertilizers made by the proposed method showed that when sowing wheat and maize on porridge of new soils in the south of the Ukrainian SSR, the yield increases by 6–9%.

No. 139328-2. The strength of granules is significantly increased, which increases the agranomic efficiency of fertilizers due to their use as a whole, and not in a crushed form (during transportation and storage).

Subject invention

Способ получени  гранулированного суперфосфата с применением св зующего, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью повышени  удобрительных свойств продукта, в качестве св зующего примен ют раствор гумата натри .A method of producing granulated superphosphate using a binder, characterized in that, in order to increase the fertilizing properties of the product, sodium humate solution is used as a binder.
