The invention relates to medicine, namely to prosthetics and prosthetic construction.
The aim of the invention is to increase the force of the rear and the damping of the front push when walking.
1.FIG. 1 shows a lenticular node, a section j in FIG. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one.
The ankle assembly contains an elastic foot 1 connected through a cylindrical ankle joint 2 with an adapter 3. The liner of the foot 1 is made of two parts: the support 4 and the transducer 5. The support part 4 of the insert has a recess in the form of a circular sector in which the distal the end of the adapter 3. The intermediate part 6 of the adapter 3 is made oval, with the location of the major axis of the oval in the frontal plane, and the highest points of the circular sector of the supporting part 4 of the liner are located so that they form with the vertical the axis of the adapter 3 in the sagittal plane in front is the angle with the apex in the center of rotation of the city of Kilindri-2 from 0 to 18t 3 °, and
The hinge i from the rear has an angle from 0 to 10i. The support part 4 of the liner also has conical protrusions 7 located opposite to the holes made in the forming part 5 of the liner.
Ankle node operates as follows.
The ankle unit is inserted into the prosthesis by attaching the lower extremity prosthetic leg to the adapter 3. When the prosthetic limb is attached to the support, the heel is in contact with the surface and the plantar flexion of the foot 1 in the cylindrical ankle joint 2 is due to the mobility of the adapter 3 in it and cm elastic material in the heel of the foot 1 in the range from О to, determined by the elastic
Поверхностный слой материала стопы 1 в этой области следует изгибу сводообразующей части 5 вкладыша и сохран ет при этом ровную поверхность, исключа образование складок и нарушение целостности стопы, способству улучшению отталкивани от опоры.the material, the mass of the handicapped and the rear upper point of the circular sector of the supporting part 4 is inserted. When rolling and in the front and rear push phases, both the back flexion occurs, the range of which is determined by the elasticity of the material and the front upper point of the circular sector of the liner support part 4, and lateral mobility, provided by the possibility of bending the oval intermediate part 6 of the cylindrical ankle joint 2 in the elastic material feet. With a rear push, i.e. in the period of rolling over the toe, there is an increase in the rear push due to the elasticity of the liner. The surface layer of the material of the foot 1 in this area follows the bending of the arch-forming part 5 of the liner and maintains a flat surface, eliminating wrinkling and disrupting the integrity of the foot, contributing to the improvement of repulsion from the support.
