The invention relates to medical technology, namely to cutting surgical instruments.
на оперативное вмешательство .The aim of the invention is to reduce the trauma due to the shortening of time for surgical intervention.
1.FIG. 1 shows an ultrasonic surgical instrument, side view, FIG. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one.
The tool includes a housing 1 in which is placed a source of ultrasonic vibrations (not shown), a clip 2 with a groove and a working body 4 connected to a source of ultrasonic vibrations. The working body 4 is placed in the groove 3 of the yoke 2, and the end mating surfaces 5 of the groove 3 of the yoke and the working body 4 (bevel) are made at an angle of 30-45 to the tool axis. The yoke 2 is connected to the housing 1 by means of a nut 6, and the working body 4 is connected to the source of ultrasonic vibrations by means of a hub
The device works as follows.
1.When applying ultrasonic frequency voltage to the source of ultrasonic vibrations, mechanical oscillations are transmitted through the concentrator 7 to the working body 4, making a reciprocating motion, the latter performing only the separation of biological tissues, and the biological tissues are moved apart by a fixed clamp of the nut 6 on the housing 1.
Rotation of the nut 6 adjusts the position of the holder 2 relative to the working body 4 in such a way that the backlash-free mating of the end faces is carried out

При беззазорном сопр жении торцовых поверхностей паза обоймы 2 и рабочего органа 4 последний, перемеща сь вперед, начинает скользить по поверхности скоса, при этом измен етс траектори движени рабочего органа и становитс наклонной относительноnostry clip1.1 and a working body having the same bevel in this zone. When the end surfaces of the groove of the yoke 2 and the working body 4 do not have a gapless connection, the latter, moving forward, begins to slide along the bevel surface, thus changing the trajectory of movement of the working body and becoming inclined relative to

угла скоса более 45 относг1тельно оси инструмента происходит демпфирование колебаний рабочего органа, а при углах скоса менее 30 относительно оси инструмента демпфирование мало , но траектори движени рабочего органа не обеспечивает заметного повышени производительности процесса разделени биотканей.the bevel angle is more than 45 relative to the tool axis; damping of the working body oscillations takes place, and when the bevel angles are less than 30 relative to the tool axis, the damping is low, but the movement path of the working body does not provide a noticeable increase in the productivity of the biological tissue separation process.
Thus, an ultrasonic surgical instrument reduces the invasiveness of biological tissues due to a decrease in the operative intervention time due to an increase in the productivity of the separation of biological tissues by 25-307 by optimizing the trajectory of movement of the working organ.
